We know that you may have a few questions before you come in for your appointment, so we created a FAQ page to ask those questions for you!

What is your price range?

We have dresses for every budget! While our gowns do range from $1100 – $9000, on average most of our gowns fall between $1800 – $3000. Your consultant will also be respectful of your budget during the appointment. If your budget falls below $1500, we would recommend scheduling a Sample Sale appointment for our vast off-of-the-rack Sample Sale selection.

What designers do you carry?

We carry Allure, Calla Blanche, Casablanca, Eddy K, Kitty Chen, Maggie Sottero, Nicole Spose, Pronovias, Justin Alexander, Tara Lauren, and Watters.

We carry a curated selection of styles from each designer, so please contact us if you have any questions regarding a particular dress.

How long is the appointment?

Your appointment is 90 minutes long! You’ll have plenty of time to explain what you’re looking for, try on dresses, and find your dream dress. When you purchase, please allow up to 20 minutes for your special order item to be completed.

Do I have enough time for my dress to come in?

Since these dresses are designer made and made to order just for you, they take approximately 5-6 months to arrive. However, some designers offer rush shipping to ensure that your gown arrives in time. Rush shipping is an extra fee and can up the arrival date by 1 month.

We also have a few designers who offer a limited selection of Quick Delivery dresses that only take a couple months to arrive. If you need a dress right away, we have a budget friendly Sample Sale selection where you can purchase a gown right off the rack.

How many guests can I bring?

The bride is welcome to bring ONLY up to 4 guests (bride + 4 guests).

What should I bring to the appointment?

Nothing is required, but some brides prefer to bring heels and nude shape wear to help them better visualize how the gown will look on their wedding day.

Is there champagne?

We no longer provide champagne due to COVID-19, but you are welcome to bring champagne as long as you open it outside. Please bring your own drink ware.

Do you have bridesmaids?

Yes, HOWEVER we are no longer taking orders on them and they are sample sale ONLY. All dresses are off-the-rack in sample sizes 8, 10, 12 in a variety of colors and styles. Dresses are sold off-the-rack as is.

What happens when I say “yes!” to the dress?

First of all, congratulations! When you find your dress, your consultant will then take your measurements and go over the size chart with you to ensure the best possible size to order. While your consultant is typing up your order, you can take pictures with our famous “I said yes” sign. Once the order has been paid, voil√†! Your dress is on its way!

When should I get my veil?

We highly recommend that you order your veil with your dress. Veils take approximately 3-4 months to arrive, so don’t wait until your dress arrives to purchase your accessories.

Are alterations included?

No. Since alterations are a separate service, they are a separate fee. However, our alterations our satisfaction guaranteed.

When should I start alterations?

We recommend beginning alterations 2-3 months before your wedding. On average, alterations take 3-4 appointments to ensure that your gown is perfect for your special day. NOTE: We are experiencing high volumes in our alterations department due to an influx of weddings after COVID restrictions have lessened, so please schedule your alterations appointments as soon as you are able.
